Application

Flumazenil this product can be used 0.9% sodium chloride, 0.45% sodium chloride or 5% glucose solution intravenous infusion, can also be applied simultaneously with other resuscitation drugs. When the product is used for emergency treatment of BZs poisoning, the initial dose of intravenous injection is 0.3mg.

 

If the required level of alertness is not reached within 60 seconds, the product can be repeated until the patient is awake or the total dose reaches 21 mg. If there is tired sleep again, it can be intravenously dropped 0.1-0.4mg/h, the infusion rate should be adjusted according to the condition until the desired degree of awake.

 

If used after anesthesia, it is recommended that the initial dose is 0.2 mg intravenously within 15 seconds. If the required degree of awakening is not achieved within 60 seconds after the start of intravenous infusion, an additional 0.1 mg may be injected, and if necessary, repeated injections may be performed every 60 seconds until the total dose reaches 1 mg. 0.3-0.6 mg is usually used.

 

In patients with BZs for several weeks prior to administration of this product, rapid injection of this product can cause withdrawal symptoms, this time can be relieved by slow intravenous injection of 5 mg of or 5 mg.
